Parish Family Census / Registration: If you are interested in registering either yourself or your family in Saint Margaret Mary Parish, you can either fill out the online form below or pick up the printed form at the church office during regular office hours (Monday 1:30pm - 5:00pm, Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - Noon & 1:30pm - 5:00pm).
