STORM NOTICE
All obligations on the part of those who serve at Mass have
been released.
( i.e. Altar Servers, Lectors, Choir Members, Ushers,
Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist, etc.)
HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS PLAN for ST. MARGARET MARY
Once our parish is under a
Hurricane Watch
or
Tropical Storm Warning, the following
procedures will apply:
• All
parishioners will be dispensed from the obligation of attending Mass.
• Perpetual
Adoration will cease during that period of time.
• All
ministries, meetings and classes will be cancelled.
• Mass may be
celebrated at the discretion of the Priest, but Mass Ministers
(see above) will not be expected to serve.
• Once a
Watch/Warning is lifted activities will resume as such as possible.
